Postnatal / Mums&Bubs Yoga and Meditation
A nourishing postnatal practice will help you to strengthen your core and pelvic floor, build tone in your arms and legs, release shoulder tension from feeding and carrying, and learn meditation skills to release stress.
A postnatal practice is suitable for mamas 6-8 weeks post birth (providing you have the all clear from your doctor), or if you're not yet able to leave baby, mums&bubs classes are the perfect way to bond with your new baby and other new mums in an intimate and welcoming space.
