This workshop will take you on a journey toward self-acceptance. The goal is for you to set new intentions about how you feel, think, and speak to yourself and others.
We'll engage in Yoga practices and process exercises to explore beliefs about beauty and self-worth, and give you the tools to understand that these negative beliefs have a detrimental impact on you viewing yourselves as purposeful and worthy.
Join us in this transformative experience and then stay after to connect with other women over herbal tea and bliss balls.
This workshop will be Co-Facilitated by Vanessa Wolff from balance. life. flow. and Tammy Shemesh from Body Love Matters who are both qualified EMBODY LOVE MOVEMENT® Facilitators, passionate about offering empowering workshops that combine Yoga and self exploration to women of all ages.
Both women are trained by Melody Moore Ph.D.,RYT, Clinical Psychologist, yoga instructor, author, and activist who founded the EMBODY LOVE MOVEMENT® to empower girls and women to celebrate their inner beauty, commit to kindness, and contribute to meaningful change in the world.
